Description

Billing Method: Charged based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight, (Length x Width x Height) cm / 5000. Piece Weight and Dimension Limits: Longest side < 118 cm, second longest side < 74 cm, single piece actual weight < 24 kg; additional fees will apply if exceeded. Multiple pieces on one shipment are accepted: single piece cannot be less than 6 kg, otherwise billed as 6 kg; for 22-44 kg range, charged starting from actual weight of 22 kg or volumetric weight of 23 kg. Single piece billing weight over 66 kg, or any side over 268 cm, or total circumference over 390 cm, will be refused.

Notice

The loss or damage of the package during the transportation of the package by the third-party logistics provider is beyond the control of Sugargoo. Sugargoo will not be responsible for the corresponding compensation, but will actively assist you in making compensation.
Compensation applications will not be accepted in the following cases:
Confiscated goods, fasteners, unpacking damage caused by customs reasons, etc.
The user cannot cooperate with customs clearance/provide wrong address and other reasons caused by their own reasons
Damage of fragile items in transit
The logistics track shows that it has been successfully delivered to the correct address
Political reasons, natural disasters and other irresistible factors that belong to the third-party logistics provider's disclaimer clause
